Ready for Summer!!!

The dogs are sooo ready for summer (so am I). They love to swim and have been missing that for way too many months. The rain and cold weather have got to go!!!!

What to do?!

Well, Harley is still getting into things!!! I have never seen such a sneaky dog! Yesterday she gobbled up a strawberry filled chocolate heart, maybe she felt left out on Valentine's Day..

What to Eat

Harley, our black lab, seems to enjoy eating not only her dog food, but also anything she can find laying around. Some mornings I will come down stairs to find an empty loaf of bread, cookies, even jelly beans. Obviously this is not good for her, and to make matters worse she has our other dog being sneaky...I have put the "human" food away at night, but I still worry about her. Is it possible that I am not feeding her enough? Is she bored?

6 More Weeks of Winter

According to the groundhog, there are still 6 more weeks of winter. Let me tell you, I am sure tired of this gloomy weather. The rain, fog, dampness....I am not the only one ready for spring--my two dogs, Cinco and Harley, are in much need of some sunshine. They love to bask in the sun, unfortuanatley those sunny days are few and far between. We had one sunny day (in the past few weeks) and we took advantage of it. My husband and I enjoyed working in the yard, while our 22 month old son played fetch with the dogs. Is anyone else ready for spring?
